    1. Thank you! The painting teacher actually traced the the image before hand for us--otherwise it never would have turned out that good! Happy Thanksgiving to you, too!

    1. Thank you! I thought I was choosing the easy pet by picking the all white one, but turns out that meant there was a lot of shading involved and it was much more challenging than I anticipated! Soth was pretty critical at first, but I think he approved in the end :)

  3. You are much more talented than I am! Mr. N would look like a giant blob. And as he's quite vain, I don't think it would end well.

    1. Soth is vain, too! I was worried. This was definitely not easy! When the teacher told me I had to put grey on my all white cat to add definition, I almost had a meltdown because I thought he just looked smudgy and dirty. Our teacher was a very, very patient woman!

    1. You'd be surprised! Having a great teacher (and a glass of wine beside you!) helps a lot. It was a lot more stressful than the class I attended when it was just a random picture I picked before class started :)

    1. Thanks! Sorry it took so long to respond--things got a little hectic at the end of the year! I'm definitely looking forward to going back some time this year to paint Barley's portrait!
